I'm Scarlet Nelson, an animator and illustrator based in Portland, OR.

I’ve been working in stop motion for nearly a decade on a wide variety of projects including Wendell and Wild, Tumble Leaf, Shape Island, In The Know, The Tiny Chef Show, and many more! I love creating animation with a lot of heart and charm, and enjoy collaborating with a director to achieve the exact result they are looking for. I’m experienced in many different styles and I’m confident in my ability to adapt to any look.
